For new clients, we offer a one-day on-site engagement for $1,200. We review your accounting, billing workflows, reporting, and systems, meet with your team, and assess how financial and operational data flows through your organization. At the end of the session, you receive a clear roadmap outlining improvements to your processes, systems, and financial reporting.
